GlowDocs Med Spa – Cancellation Policy
At GlowDocs Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Deposits & Refunds
- Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour window, your deposit can be applied toward a future booking.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment based on availability.
- Arriving 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will apply.
