GlowDocs Med Spa – Cancellation Policy

At GlowDocs Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Deposits & Refunds

Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour window, your deposit can be applied toward a future booking.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment based on availability.
Arriving 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will apply.
